Portfolio Dashboard
We've created a table format portfolio breakdown that shows you the data you most care about.
Tip: Check out our interactive demo below for a quick overview of how to use the dashboard.
Intro to Dashboard
Here are 5 key dashboard tools you'll want to know about:
Export
Download all visible data to Excel or CSV with one click.
Filter
Apply filters based on criteria and conditions you define. You can add multiple filters to narrow down your results.
Add Column
Add a new data column. You'll see a list of available Private Attributes and KPIs. If your field isn't listed, you'll need to create it under "Private Attributes" or "KPIs" first.
Tip: Keep column names short and clear.
Add Company
Quickly add or invite a company to your dashboard view.
More Options (3 dots)
You'll find this icon throughout the platform — especially on company and dashboard cards. It opens a contextual menu for quick actions. In the Dashboard view, it allows you to:
View contacts – See the list of associated individuals linked to a company.
Invite to company – Send an invitation to new stakeholders or collaborators.
Send survey – Distribute a custom survey directly from the dashboard.
Manage investment details – Edit, categorise, or update key investment information.
Create meeting log – Record meetings for internal tracking and reporting.
Add/view notes – Attach and review notes related to a specific company.
Edit company – Make updates to the company profile or details.
Customising Your Dashboard
We've provided some default settings to help you get started but feel free to remove or modify them.
If you'd like to add your own columns, check out the interactive demo below. You'll first need to set up either Private Attributes or KPIs.
Create custom tabs within the investment dashboard to organise data by grouping KPIs, compare scenarios and build dedicated views for specific functions.
